Retirar o tabuleiro do forno e logo que &lt;br /&gt;se possa, desenformar os bolinhos com a ajuda de uma faquinha pois pegam bastante.&lt;br /&gt;Depois de desenformados, colocá-los todos com a face /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;2 chávenas(chá) de farinha&lt;br /&gt;1 chávena (chá) de açucar&lt;br /&gt;1 colher(sopa) de fermento&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de água&lt;br /&gt;100 g de coco ralado&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado cozido durante 50 minutos na panela de pressäo.&lt;br /&gt;100g de chocolate granulado ou raspado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bolo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata com a varinha as cenouras o óleo e os ovos até obter um creme.Junte aos poucos o&lt;br /&gt;açucar ,farinha e fermento ao preparado anterior.Verta para uma forma redonda sem buraco ,untada e polvilhada, e leve ao forno +- 45 minutos.Desenforme e deixe arrefecer.Entretanto ovo&lt;br /&gt;200g de açúcar em pó&lt;br /&gt;6-8 c. de sopa de chocolate em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 chavena almoçadeira de café forte&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata as gemas com o açúcar peneirado, de modo a obter um creme fofo.&lt;br /&gt;Junte a manteiga e bata até que a mistura fique homogénia.&lt;br /&gt;Junte 2 c. de sopa do café e misture Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Deite o restante café num prato fundo e vá mergulhando as bolachas no café , sem deixar que amoleçam muito.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque uma bolacha no centro dum prato grande de servir e à volta coloque mais 6 bolachas em forma de uma flôr.&lt;br /&gt;Barre com algum creme, alisando, e repita as camadas até esgotar as bolachas(a última camada deve ser de creme).&lt;br /&gt;Barre também os lados, de modo a cobrir o bolo por completo.&lt;br Depois de moer as cenouras e escorrerem, juntar o açúcar, a raspa e o sumo da laranja e os ovos inteiros, e bater c/ a batedeira, por fim juntar a farinha, e voltar a bater mais um pouco. colheres sopa de farinha para bolos&lt;br /&gt;margarina q.b.&lt;br /&gt;gelado para acompanhar (ex. nata)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derretam meia tabelete de chocolate com um pouco de margarina.&lt;br /&gt;Batam os 3 ovos com o açúcar e a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;Juntem depois o chocolate já derretido e batam mais um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Ponham em formas individuais para queques, untadas com margarina e style="color:#663300;"&gt;Levar o chocolate, em pedacinhos, com a manteiga ao micro-ondas até derreter.&lt;br /&gt;À parte misturar os restantes ingredientes e depois misturar com o chocolate já derretido.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar num pirex untado com manteiga e levar ao micro-ondas por 5 minutos (potência máxima). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span Ovo&lt;br /&gt;Café forte&lt;br /&gt;Chocolate ralado ou amêndoas raladas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bate-se o açúcar com a manteiga até ficar branco. Junta-se o ovo e bate-se mais um pouco. Põe-se o café num prato de sopa e vão-se ensopando as bolachas no café à medida que vão sendo precisas. Fazem-se camadas alternadas de bolachas e creme. No fim cobre-se todo o bolo com o restante creme e polvilha-se com chocolate, amêndoa ou bolacha ralada. Para ficar bem fresquinho manter no frio por umas horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff9900;"&gt;Bolo de bolacha com creme de chocolate:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;500gr de bolacha maria&lt;br /&gt;1/2 litro leite&lt;br /&gt;150gr de chocolate em pó&lt;br /&gt;50gr de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (de sopa) de farinha Maizena&lt;br /&gt;açúcar (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;1 gema&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Juntar o chocolate e a farinha com um pouquinho de leite. Levar ao lume juntamente com a manteiga e deixar engrossar. Ir juntando o leite, se for necessário juntar um pouco mais de leite para não ficar demasiado grosso. Quando estiver pronto desligar o lume e juntar a gema e o açúcar. Alternar camadas de bolachas e creme de chocolate. No fim cobrir o bolo com o restante creme e levar ao frio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff9900;"&gt;Bolo de bolacha com creme de chantilly:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;500gr de bolacha maria&lt;br /&gt;café&lt;br /&gt;2 pacotes de natas&lt;br /&gt;150gr açúcar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;Bater as natas com o açúcar. natas&lt;br /&gt;100 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;300 g de chocolate em barra partido em pedacinhos&lt;br /&gt;Conhaque&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na tigela da, sua batedeira junte os ovos inteiros com o açúcar, o chocolate em pó, a farinha com 1 o fermento misturado e o óleo. Bata bem todos estes ingredien¬tes. Junte água a ferver, a pouco e pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Leve esta massa ao forno numa forma de fundo mó¬vel, previamente untada de manteiga e forrada com papel vegetal também untado.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe cozer a uma temperatura de 180º C. Entretanto, leve a lume brando os ingredientes indicados para o molho e deixe levantar fervura, mexendo com uma colher.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cozido o bolo pique-o com um garfo e deite sobre ele o molho de chocolate quente.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;Prepare a cobertura, levan¬do ao lume as natas com a manteiga. Quando levantando fervura, retire-as do lume e junte o chocolate. Mexa de modo a obter um creme de chocolate bem ligado. Junte o conhaque e mexa de novo. Deixe em repouso por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Findo esse tempo, mexa o creme com uma vara de arames. Deixe repousar por mais 30 minutos. Mexa uma vez mais. Deite o creme de chocolate, entretanto arrefecido, na forma, cobrindo o bolo. Picar grosseiramente os frutos secos na picadora. Pôr os pães a demolhar em agua quemte escorrer , desfazer e juntar ao preparado anterior. Juntar os frutos secos, os corinteos e o vinho do porto e deixar ferver mexendo sempre até obter uma consistencia agradavel que nao deve ser muito liquida nem muito seca. Numa taça misture a farinha com o açucar e as gemas e deite um pouco de leite para misturar tudo muito bem , junte ao restante leite e leve ao lume até cozer. Depois de cozido retire a casca de limão e deite numa travessa e deixe arrefecer. Junte de uma so vez a farinha e a maizena peneiradas e mistura muito bem com a colher de pau até formar uma bola. Retire do lume e deite numa tijela mexendo ate arrefecer. Adicione os ovos um a um incorporar muito brm entre cada adição. Frite em oleo sobre lume brando colheradas de massa. Durante a fritura pique os sonhos com uma agulha de tricô ou palito para ficarem fofos. Escorra sobre papel absorvente. Sirva polvilhados de açucar e canela ou regados com uma calda feita com 300 gr de açucar e um pouco de agua. Junte 60 g de chocolate amolecido com 4 colheres de sopa de café e continue a bater. Adicione a farinha misturada e peneirada com o fermento. Misture sem bater. Deite a massa num tabuleiro untado com manteiga e forrado com papel vegetal também untado. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido. Passados 20 minutos, verifique se a massa está cozida. Desenforme sobre um guardanapo polvilhado com açúcar. Enrole e deixe arrefecer. Corte o restante chocolate e derreta com 4 colheres de sopa de café. Junte 1 colher de sopa de manteiga e igual porção de açúcar. Bata. Desenrole a torta, recheie com chantilly e volte a enrolar. De cada lado, corte uma fatia enviezada. Bater mais um pouco. Espremer as folhas a gelatina (para retirar o excesso de água) e mergulhar no leite quente, mexer até derreter. Depois junta-se ao preparado anterior e torna-se a bater com a varinha. Com cuidado deita-se tudo na forma e vai ao frigorifico pelo menos 3/4 horas (o ideal é fazer a tarte de véspera).Verter a tarte para um prato, com cuidado e se necessário descolar a tarte da forma chávenas de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;- 4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;- óleo para fritar&lt;br /&gt;- açúcar e canela para polvilhar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Modo de Preparo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;Corte os pãezinhos em fatias de 2cm aproximadamente. Numa tigela misture o leite e o açúcar. Reserve. Bata os ovos com as quatro colheres de açúcar. Reserve. Mergulhe as fatias de pão no leite e esprema-as para retirar o excesso. Passe-as nos ovos batidos e frite-as em óleo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;Misture a farinha e o fermento com o açúcar amarelo.&lt;br /&gt;Rale as cenouras e reduza-as a puré com a varinha mágica. Junte este puré à mistura de farinha e açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;Adicione a raspa da casca assim como o sumo da laranja, o óleo e o ovo, misture tudo muito bem com uma colher de pau. Corte igualmente o ananás. Junte os dois frutos e regue com o vinho do Porto.&lt;br /&gt;Passadas 2 horas, escorra os frutos e misture-os com a geleia de groselha e reserve no frigorífico. Lave o melão, corte-o em metades e limpe das pevides e dos filamentos. Com um boleador tire a polpa e misture com os restantes frutos. Recheie as meias cascas de melão e decore com pedaços de kiwi sem casca. ovos com o açúcar com uma batedeira eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-Juntar depois o côco mas envolver apenas com a colher de pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-Pôr umaa duas colher de sopa em cada forminha de papel, dependendo do tamanho (como nos queques) e levar ao forno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;3 Pacotes de Natas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;1 Lata de leite condensado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;5 Folhas de gelatina transparente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;Café em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;1º- Bater os 3 pacotes de natas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;2º- Juntar o leite condensado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;4º- Encher a  latinha de leite condensado, e juntar 4 a 5 colheres de café solúvel (depende se gostam com muito ou pouco sabor a café) e  levar ao lume a aquecer para derreter bem o café. Quando estiver quente juntar a gelatina demolhada e fazer ferver para derreter bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;5º- Deixar arrefecer um bocadinho e juntar ao preparado das natas+ leite condensado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;6º- Vai ao frigorifico para solidificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;ADORO!!! style="color:#663300;"&gt;- 1 Saqueta de mousse de chocolate &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-1 Pacote de Natas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;- 10/15 Bolachas Maria raladas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;- 2 Colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-Fazer o mousse como diz na embalagem &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-Bater as natas e quando estiverem quase batidas juntar 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar e voltar a bater mais um bocadinho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-Juntar-lhe as bolachinhas raladas e envolver com uma colher de pau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-Num recipiente que possa ir ao frio (eu align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc9933;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;-Separar as gemas das claras e bater as claras em castelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;-Bater as gemas com o açúcar e o azeite (Se quiserem podem pôr metade do copo com azeite e metade com óleo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;-Juntar ao preparado anterior as claras e envolver com cuidado. Juntar também a farinha e o fermento em pó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;-Por último, juntar as maçãs e mexer já muito pouquinho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;-Untar uma forma com manteiga e polvilhá-la de farinha.
